- NOC (No objection certificate) from school or university stating that they have no objection pertaining to your travel

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A letter stating that you need medical treatment from a doctor, clinic, or hospital in your country of residency
- Invitation letter from a hospital or clinic in the EU confirming your treatment at a Schengen institution of medical.
Note: Your invitation letter must include information on the type of medical procedure you will undergo, the cost of the surgery, how the treatment is going to be paid and the dates you will be in the hospital.
