  • A complete and signed application form with correct details.
  • A current valid passport not older than 10 years with 2 blank pages.
  • Passport sized photographs of the applicant
  • Flight bookings for round-trip travel.
  • Travel insurance with minimum coverage of 30000 €.
  • Accommodation proof including the details-
  • A letter of sponsorship or accommodation letter of sponsorship.
  • Hotel bookings or reservations.
  • Rent agreement stating if you have rented an apartment or room in Sweden.
  • A cover letter describing your travel plans.
  • The financial proof to show the ability of covering the medical as well as other cost during the stay in Sweden.

  • Past 3-6 months bank statement.
  • A letter of sponsorship including the sponsor’s contact information, bank statements, and a photocopy of their ID or passport.
  • Proof of civil status like marriage certificate, death certificate etc. (if applicable).
